There is no minimum order quantity for blank items. However, if you need the garments decorated with your logo, then there a minimum order quantity based the decoration type. See below.
Unfortunately, we only decorate on garments that are purchased through us.
No, we do not offer samples. We can sell the items as blank. These items can be return to us at your own cost for decoration if you decided to place the full order. (Minimum decoration quantity apply)
We only operate online. We do not have a showroom or hold any
stock. The garments are only ordered with our supplier once we have received an order from the customer.
Yes, there is a $65 (Excl. GST) setup fee per design. We only hold onto this design for 18 months from your last order. Should you place another order after this time, a new setup fee will apply.
Yes, we can provide you with the file on request. Please be aware, that once we have given you a copy, we will delete your file off our system. A new setup fee will apply should you place a new order with us.
No, we only use the embroidery which we have create
No, we cannot get an exact match. The brand of threads that we used have 600+ types of different shade of colours. We can get colours that is close the pantone colours, but it won’t be an exact match.
Pretty much any artwork file is fine regardless of resolution.

No, we can’t. Our digital prints are done via CYMK. The colours will be based on the artwork that you have supplied.
