Policy Regarding Returns & Exchanges
Please ensure that your order is correct prior placing the order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the items. We are not responsible for incorrect garment selection or changes of mind.
Our returns and exchanges policy strictly applies to items demonstrating defective or faulty manufacturing only. We DO NOT accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or faults, such as a simply change of mind or error in selection of goods.
While we strive to deliver goods as ordered, please ensure goods are correct including colour, style, size and quantity. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt, including deliveries to third parties.
Any faulty items must be reported to us via email within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Prior to returning your items, a Goods Return Authorisation Number (GRAN) must be obtained from us. Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without an official Good Return Authorisation Number.
All return items must be returned to us within 7 days from receipt of Goods Return Authority Number
Any goods returned without a Goods Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted and returned at the customer expense.
